A11yReplay

A11yReplay is a web + desktop app (Electron) that records real accessibility audit sessions and converts them into developer-ready issues. Auditors run a lightweight recorder while navigating a site with keyboard, screen reader, and browser devtools. The app captures DOM snapshots, focus order, ARIA attributes, computed color contrast, and key events, then generates a “replayable” timeline with exact steps to reproduce and suggested fixes mapped to WCAG criteria. It exports directly to Jira/GitHub with annotated screenshots, short clips, and a minimal HTML fixture to reproduce the problem locally. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional recording and deterministic checks, plus AI to summarize findings, propose remediation options, and draft acceptance criteria. It’s built for teams tired of vague audit PDFs that engineers ignore because they’re hard to reproduce.
