It provides state- and county-specific checklists, deadline tracking, and step-by-step guidance for common failure points: missing signatures, wrong envelope, witness/notary rules, and ID requirements. Users can scan their completed ballot package (outer envelope only) to run a pre-flight compliance check and get a clear “fix this now” list. The app also generates a personalized return plan (drop box vs mail, recommended send-by date based on local mail times) and reminders. This is not a voting recommendation tool; it’s an execution tool to reduce rejections and late returns. It’s realistic because it avoids touching the ballot itself and focuses on logistics and compliance—where most preventable errors happen.
