AccelLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for accelerator operators to track what actually matters: portfolio progress, mentor time, program deliverables, and follow-on outcomes—without drowning in Notion/Sheets chaos. It turns each cohort into a structured workflow: applications/import, selection decisions, weekly check-ins, KPI snapshots, intros made, investor updates, and demo day readiness. It also includes a simple “value delivery ledger” that logs every mentor session, office hour, intro, perk, and workshop attendance so operators can prove impact to sponsors and LPs. This is a traditional app with AI features: AI summarizes founder updates, flags stalled teams, and drafts sponsor reports, but the core is reliable workflow and reporting. Expect to sell to small-to-mid accelerators that need accountability, not another community platform.
