AccelOps is a web app with light AI features that helps small-to-mid accelerators run founder operations end-to-end: applications, scoring, interview scheduling, mentor matching, office hours, milestone tracking, and investor demo day prep. The core value is replacing a messy stack (Airtable + forms + email + calendars + Notion) with a single workflow that enforces consistency across cohorts. AI is used narrowly: summarizing mentor notes into action items, drafting founder feedback, and flagging at-risk teams based on missed milestones and weak engagement signals. It also produces investor-ready outputs (one-page snapshots, traction updates, and a clean data room checklist) without pretending to “pick winners.” Integrations focus on the tools accelerators already use (Google Workspace, Calendly, Zoom, Slack). Pricing is per cohort or per active founder, aimed at programs that don’t have engineering teams and are tired of manual coordination.
