AccessAudit

AccessAudit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps HR and Facilities run repeatable, evidence-based workplace accessibility audits across offices, hybrid setups, and common workflows. It provides structured checklists aligned to WCAG/ADA-inspired best practices, but focuses on practical workplace realities: meeting rooms, signage, restrooms, entrances, emergency procedures, desk setups, and digital tools employees must use. Teams can assign tasks, attach photos, measure door widths/ramps, log issues, and generate remediation plans with cost/effort estimates. The app tracks progress over time and produces audit-ready reports for leadership, insurers, and compliance documentation. It also includes an anonymous employee feedback intake for accessibility barriers, routed to the right owner with SLA tracking. This is not a magic “inclusive culture” tool; it’s operational plumbing that makes accessibility measurable and accountable.
