AccessPact

AccessPact is a mobile + web app that helps guide/assistance dog handlers document access incidents and resolve them with less stress. It provides a one-tap “Access Card” screen with jurisdiction-specific summaries of public access rules, plus an incident recorder that captures time, location, notes, and optional audio/video. The app generates a clean, legally cautious report you can email to a manager, corporate office, or local disability rights agency—without pretending to be legal advice. For businesses, a lightweight web portal offers a short training checklist and a standardized incident response flow so staff don’t improvise and escalate. This is not a magic shield: it won’t stop bad actors, and it won’t replace enforcement. But it can reduce repeated arguments, improve documentation quality, and make follow-up actually actionable.
