AccessPaws

AccessPaws is a mobile + web app for service-dog handlers to log public-access incidents and build credible documentation when businesses deny entry or harass them. The app guides users through a structured report (time, location, business, what was said, witnesses), captures audio/video with tamper-evident timestamps, and generates a clean PDF “incident packet” suitable for corporate complaints, local ADA coordinators, or an attorney. It also includes a lightweight knowledge base on what staff can legally ask, plus a calm-mode script the handler can read during confrontation. This is not a magic legal shield: most cases won’t go to court and many users won’t follow through. But for people who do, having consistent, well-organized evidence is the difference between being ignored and being taken seriously.
