AccessPlay
AccessPlay is a mobile + web app for community sports programs that serve youth with disabilities or mixed-ability groups. It helps coaches and coordinators plan sessions with realistic accommodations, track attendance and support needs, and report outcomes to funders without drowning in spreadsheets. The app includes a simple participant profile (communication preferences, sensory triggers, mobility needs, emergency contacts), a session builder with accommodation checklists, and a lightweight incident/notes log. It also generates funder-ready reports (participation, retention, volunteer hours, inclusion metrics) and flags gaps like missing consent forms or untrained staff. This is not a “magic inclusion” product—it's operational software that reduces chaos, improves safety, and makes programs easier to scale across sites. Works offline at fields/gyms and syncs later, because many venues have poor connectivity.
