AccessProof

AccessProof is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps employees request accommodations and helps employers manage them with clear documentation, timelines, and accountability. It standardizes the messy back-and-forth: intake forms, required info checklists, manager/HR approvals, vendor quotes, and implementation status. Employees get a private dashboard showing what was requested, what was approved, and what’s pending—plus reminders when deadlines slip. Employers get an audit-ready log, role-based access controls, and templated communications that reduce legal risk without turning the process into a cold ticketing system. This is not a “culture” app; it’s operational plumbing for accommodations. The MVP focuses on a tight workflow that works for small-to-mid employers who don’t have a dedicated accommodations team, and for employees who are tired of re-explaining their needs every time they change managers.
