AccessPulse
AccessPulse is a mobile + web app for households and small property managers who use smart locks but still lack clear, trustworthy access records. It unifies lock events (unlock/lock, code used, auto-unlock, jam/low battery) into a single timeline, then flags anomalies like repeated failed attempts, unusual hours, or “ghost” unlocks that don’t match anyone’s normal pattern. It also adds practical workflows: temporary codes with reasons (“dog walker,” “cleaner”), auto-expiring guest access, and a simple “incident packet” export (timeline + device status) for landlords, HOAs, or insurance claims. This is an AI-assisted app: AI is used only for pattern detection and plain-language summaries, not for controlling the lock. Reality check: integrations will be the hardest part, so the MVP should start with 2–3 popular lock ecosystems and expand based on demand.
