It connects to existing tools (ATS, HRIS, Slack/Teams, website analytics) to generate an “Inclusion Ops” dashboard with weekly scorecards, prioritized fixes, and an audit trail for stakeholders. It avoids performative DEI by focusing on operational metrics: time-to-accommodate requests, promotion velocity gaps, pay band drift, meeting participation imbalance, and content readability across languages. An AI assistant summarizes patterns, drafts policy updates, and suggests experiments (e.g., structured interview rubrics), but the app emphasizes human review and evidence. Exportable reports support board updates, procurement questionnaires, and customer trust requests without overclaiming impact.
