AccessRoster

AccessRoster is a mobile + web app for community sports leagues to run accessible registration, scheduling, and accommodations without chaos. Players (or parents/caregivers) can select needs like wheelchair access, sensory-friendly environment, interpreter, visual/auditory cues, allergy-safe snacks, or low-contact play. Organizers get a simple dashboard that turns those needs into actionable checklists per session (facility access notes, equipment, staffing ratios, communication format). The app also includes templated messages in plain language, large-text mode, and multi-language support. This is not a “find a disability-friendly sport” directory; it’s operational software that helps leagues deliver inclusion consistently. Monetization is straightforward: sell to leagues/clubs as a SaaS seat or per-team fee, with a free player-facing experience. If you can’t prove it reduces organizer workload, it won’t survive—so the MVP must focus on fewer, high-impact accommodations and tight workflows.
