AccessScout

AccessScout helps hunters secure and verify legal access to private land and hard-to-navigate public parcels. The app combines parcel boundaries, ownership/contact routing, and a simple permission workflow so you can stop guessing who owns what and whether you’re allowed to be there. Hunters can request access with templated messages, store written permissions, and generate an offline “permission card” with GPS coordinates, dates, and conditions. Landowners get a lightweight portal to approve/deny requests, set rules (no ATVs, archery only, etc.), and optionally charge a day fee. It also flags common access traps—landlocked public parcels, easement boundaries, and seasonal road closures—so you don’t waste a trip. This is not a magic “find secret spots” app; it’s a practical access and compliance tool that reduces conflict, trespass risk, and time spent on courthouse-style research.
