AccessTidy

AccessTidy is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that continuously maps who has access to what across your company’s SaaS tools and flags risky, outdated, or excessive permissions. It connects to common identity providers and key apps to detect orphaned accounts, ex-employees still active, shared logins, and privileged roles that don’t match job function. The product focuses on fast, practical remediation: one-click tasks to app owners, automated access reviews on a schedule, and lightweight evidence exports for audits. AI is used to suggest least-privilege role templates and to summarize access changes into human-readable audit notes, but the core value is accurate connectors and workflows. This is not a full IAM replacement; it’s a pragmatic layer for SMB and mid-market teams that can’t afford complex enterprise tooling.
