AccomFlow

AccomFlow is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps HR and managers handle workplace accommodation requests end-to-end: intake, documentation, interactive process steps, task assignments, approvals, and follow-through. Employees submit requests through a simple, accessible form; HR gets a structured case file with timelines, reminders, and an audit trail. Managers receive only the minimum necessary info and clear action items (e.g., adjust schedule, purchase equipment, update workspace). The app includes policy templates, role-based access controls, and reporting that shows cycle time, bottlenecks, and repeat issues by team/location. This is not a magic “compliance button”—it reduces preventable delays and inconsistency, which is where most companies get into trouble. It’s designed for small-to-mid employers who can’t afford a dedicated accommodations team but still need defensible, consistent processes.
