AccordDesk is a web app with a lightweight mobile companion that helps schools run restorative practices without drowning in paperwork. It guides staff through a consistent workflow: incident intake, harm/needs mapping, participant readiness checks, agreement drafting, and follow-up scheduling. The core value is accountability after the circle—students and staff can see clear commitments, deadlines, and check-ins, with simple status updates that don’t feel like probation. An optional AI assistant helps staff turn messy notes into neutral, trauma-informed summaries and suggested agreement language (editable, never auto-sent). It also produces admin-ready reports on completion rates and recurring themes without exposing sensitive narrative details. This is not a “magic behavior fixer”; it’s a coordination tool that reduces dropped follow-ups, inconsistent documentation, and staff time spent chasing people down.
