AckTrack

AckTrack is a web app with optional mobile support that turns internal announcements into auditable, role-based acknowledgements. Instead of blasting messages in email/Slack and hoping people read them, comms and HR publish a short notice, attach the source policy, and assign it to specific groups (by location, role, shift, or manager tree). Employees must acknowledge and optionally answer one comprehension question; managers get a simple dashboard showing who hasn’t complied, with automated reminders and escalation rules. The product focuses on the unglamorous but real problem: compliance and operational updates that must be seen (safety, security, benefits changes, incident procedures). It integrates with existing tools rather than replacing them, and provides exportable evidence for audits and incident reviews. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps summarize long policies into a readable notice and generates quick comprehension checks.
