ActAlign

ActAlign helps people measure authenticity by comparing what they say matters to what they actually do. Users define 5–10 personal values (or pick from a library), then connect optional data sources like calendar, location history, screen time, and spending categories to build a weekly “alignment report.” The app flags mismatches (e.g., “family” value but few evening blocks at home) and asks short, non-therapeutic reflection prompts to capture context. It then suggests small, concrete experiments for the next week (e.g., schedule two protected hours, set app limits, move one expense). The goal isn’t self-help fluff; it’s a reality check with evidence. Privacy is central: users can run with manual logging only, and all connected data can be revoked anytime. This is a practical tool for people who suspect they’re living on autopilot and want proof, not vibes.
