Producers can maintain a vetted roster of performers (aerialists, jugglers, magicians, clowns, specialty acts) with availability, rates, travel radius, insurance docs, and technical requirements. Build a show lineup by date and venue, send offers, collect e-signatures, and auto-generate call sheets and run-of-show PDFs. Performers get a lightweight mobile portal to confirm dates, upload documents, and receive updates when schedules shift. This is not a ticketing app; it’s the unglamorous admin layer that keeps shows from falling apart.
