ActTrace

ActTrace is a mobile + web app for performance artists and small venues to capture credible audience engagement and post-show outcomes without expensive hardware. Audiences scan a QR code to opt in, then log quick reactions (emotion sliders, standout moments, accessibility feedback) and optional follow-ups (did they donate, attend another show, share a clip). Artists get a clean “impact report” they can send to funders, festivals, and venues: attendance verification, engagement heatmaps by segment, qualitative quotes, and repeat-intent metrics. It also includes lightweight consent management and anonymization so venues can share aggregate insights safely. This is not a ticketing app; it’s an impact and feedback layer that can sit on top of Eventbrite, Dice, or door lists. Realistically, adoption hinges on making the audience flow frictionless and giving artists funder-ready outputs in minutes.
