AdCue
AdCue is a web app (with a lightweight desktop companion) that finds the safest ad-break moments in podcast audio and exports marker tracks for your DAW or hosting platform. You upload a mixed WAV/MP3, and it detects topic boundaries, long pauses, speaker transitions, and energy dips to propose 2–6 ad slots with confidence scores. It also enforces rules like “never cut within 3 seconds of laughter,” “avoid mid-sentence,” and “keep breaks at least 6 minutes apart.” You can preview each suggested cut, nudge it, lock it, and export: (1) a marker file (Reaper/Pro Tools), (2) a chapter/segment JSON, and (3) a simple EDL for post teams. This doesn’t replace editing; it removes the most annoying, error-prone part of monetization prep for shows that are already producing regularly.
