AddrHygiene

AddrHygiene is a web app (with optional API) that prevents wasted direct-mail spend by catching bad addresses and deliverability risks before you print. Users upload a CSV or connect Shopify/HubSpot/Salesforce exports, then the app standardizes formatting, verifies deliverability, flags missing apartment/unit info, detects duplicates, and highlights “high-risk” records (vacant, CMRA, recent move, non-deliverable patterns). It outputs a cleaned list plus a change log you can store for audit and compliance. The MVP focuses on accuracy and speed, not fancy creative tools. This is a traditional app with a small AI component for parsing messy address fields and suggesting corrections when data is ambiguous. It’s built for teams that mail regularly and are tired of eating printing/postage costs from preventable returns.
