AddrSanity is a web app + API that cleans, validates, and geocodes addresses with a focus on catching the messy, expensive edge cases: apartments missing unit numbers, swapped street/city fields, rural routes, nonstandard abbreviations, and “looks valid but isn’t deliverable” entries. It runs a multi-provider geocoding cascade (so you’re not hostage to one vendor), then returns a confidence score, normalized address, rooftop vs interpolated flag, and a “fix suggestion” users can accept in one click. It also detects duplicates across your CRM/orders and flags likely fraud patterns (e.g., many cards to one geocode). This is not a maps app; it’s a data-quality gate that plugs into Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, and common CRMs via lightweight connectors. Brutal truth: you’ll win only if you reduce failed deliveries/chargebacks measurably and prove it with reporting.
