AdSpendSleuth

AdSpendSleuth is a web app (with optional Slack alerts) that audits paid media accounts to pinpoint budget waste and measurement breakage. It connects to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and major DSPs, then cross-checks spend against landing-page health, redirect chains, page speed, consent/cookie behavior, and post-click tracking signals. The app flags issues like broken UTMs, missing server-side events, high bounce from slow pages, geo mismatches, duplicate conversions, and suspicious placement clusters that look like low-quality traffic. It produces a prioritized “fix list” with estimated impact, owners, and a simple before/after validation workflow. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules catch known failure patterns; AI summarizes anomalies, drafts tickets, and explains likely root causes in plain language. It’s built for teams that can’t afford a full-time analytics engineer but are bleeding money quietly.
