ADU PermitKit

ADU PermitKit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps homeowners and small builders assemble a permit-ready ADU/addition submission package without hiring a full-service architect up front. It guides users through a structured intake (site, setbacks, utilities, existing house, goals), then generates a jurisdiction-specific checklist and a “permit packet” draft: plan set placeholders, code notes, and required forms. It integrates with satellite/parcel data to prefill lot dimensions and flags common red issues (setbacks, lot coverage, height, parking). It does not pretend to replace licensed professionals; instead it reduces back-and-forth by producing a clean, complete starting package that architects/engineers can stamp and finalize. Monetization is per-project plus add-ons (plan review, referrals to local pros).
