AdultingOps is a mobile + web app that helps young adults set up the boring-but-critical life infrastructure most people learn too late: first apartment move-in, utilities, renter’s insurance, budgeting, credit building, healthcare basics, taxes, and job onboarding. It turns each milestone into a short playbook with region-aware steps, time estimates, and “proof” storage (photos/PDFs of leases, IDs, insurance cards, pay stubs). The app nudges users with deadlines (e.g., “set up electricity 7 days before move-in”), and provides templates for emails/calls (landlords, HR, banks). It’s not trying to be a bank or a full financial suite; it’s a practical operations layer that reduces mistakes and missed deadlines. An AI assistant can answer “what do I do next?” and summarize documents into a simple checklist, but the core value is structured workflows and document organization.
