AdvocacyOps is a web app with optional Slack/Teams integration that helps companies run employee advocacy programs with real governance, not spammy content blasts. It provides a lightweight workflow: employees request to post a topic or draft, managers/legal approve only when needed, and the system logs what was shared for audit and brand safety. It includes policy-aware guardrails (disclosures, restricted terms, regulated claims) and a “safe-to-share” library of talking points that employees can personalize. The core value is reducing risk and friction: employees keep their voice, while the company gets visibility into what’s being amplified and can prove compliance if something goes wrong. It’s realistic for mid-market firms that can’t afford heavy enterprise suites but still face reputational and regulatory exposure.
