AgendaBrief is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for special districts to produce accurate, legally defensible meeting minutes and action logs without hiring a dedicated clerk. It ingests the meeting agenda packet (PDF/Word), audio recording, and any vote roll-calls, then generates a structured draft: motions, seconds, votes, public comments, and follow-up tasks tied to agenda items. It includes a compliance checklist tailored to common open-meeting requirements (posting, quorum, vote capture, attachments) and a simple approval workflow for the clerk/GM and board chair. This is an AI + traditional app: AI accelerates transcription and drafting, while the workflow, templates, and audit trail keep it practical. The goal is not “perfect minutes”; it’s “good drafts quickly,” with clear human review and version history.
