AgendaForge

AgendaForge is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps county/parish clerks and administrators publish agendas, manage public comments, and produce compliant minutes faster. It ingests meeting packets (PDF/Word), auto-builds an agenda with consistent formatting, and creates a public portal where residents can subscribe to items, deadlines, and outcomes. During the meeting, staff can timestamp votes, motions, and speakers, then export draft minutes and an action-item register for departments. The goal isn’t flashy AI—it’s reducing the painful, repetitive clerical work and making records easier to find for the public and journalists. Realistically, sales are slow and procurement-heavy, so the product must be simple to deploy, priced for small counties, and prove time savings immediately. Integrations should focus on email, calendar, and existing document storage rather than trying to replace the county’s entire ERP.
