AgendaForge

AgendaForge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps city clerks and department admins assemble, review, and publish meeting agendas and packets with fewer last-minute errors. It centralizes agenda items, attachments, staff reports, and version history, then outputs compliant public PDFs and a public-facing meeting page. It includes deadline workflows (who owes what by when), automated reminders, and a simple approval chain so the clerk isn’t chasing emails and Word docs across departments. It also provides a searchable archive for residents and journalists, with accessibility checks (basic WCAG/ADA flags) before publishing. This is a traditional app with light AI features: AI can draft agenda summaries, suggest consistent titles, and flag missing required fields—without pretending to replace legal review. The goal is boring reliability: fewer missed postings, fewer packet mistakes, and faster turnaround for small-to-mid municipalities.
