AgendaLock

AgendaLock is a web + desktop app (Zoom/Teams companion) that enforces timeboxing with real consequences. Before a meeting, the host must define a tight agenda with owners and time limits. During the meeting, AgendaLock runs a visible timer, detects off-topic drift, and prompts the host to park items into a “Later” queue. At time’s up, it auto-generates a decision log, assigns action items with due dates, and posts a summary to Slack/Teams. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional scheduling/timers plus AI to classify discussion into agenda items and extract decisions/actions. Brutal truth: most “AI meeting notes” tools are commoditized; the wedge here is behavior change—making meetings shorter and more decisive—rather than prettier transcripts. If you can’t integrate seamlessly and prove time saved, nobody will pay.
