AgendaProof

AgendaProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps local governments and public boards avoid open-meeting and agenda-posting violations. Staff upload a draft agenda packet (PDF/Word) and enter meeting metadata (date, location, remote access details). The app runs a rules-based checklist by jurisdiction (e.g., notice timing, required language, accessibility items, closed-session disclosures) and flags missing elements with plain-English fixes. It also generates a posting-ready agenda/notice bundle, a timestamped audit trail, and a “what changed” diff when revisions occur. This is not glamorous work, but it’s where municipalities get sued, embarrassed, or forced to redo meetings. The product focuses on preventing mistakes rather than managing the entire legislative workflow, keeping scope realistic for small clerks’ offices and overstretched admins.
