AgendaProof

AgendaProof is a web app with optional mobile companion that helps committee staff publish cleaner hearing agendas and witness lists with fewer last-minute corrections. It ingests draft agendas (Word/PDF/Google Docs export), validates required fields (bill numbers, titles, sponsors, time blocks, room, livestream link, witness affiliations), and flags inconsistencies against authoritative sources (e.g., legislature bill database or internal clerk system). It also generates a public-facing agenda page and a change log that can be embedded on the committee site, reducing frantic email chains and “version confusion.” This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules handle strict validations, while AI assists with extracting structured data from messy documents and suggesting fixes. It’s not glamorous, but it targets the unsexy operational bottleneck that causes real reputational damage when agendas are wrong.
