AgendaPulse

AgendaPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns local government meeting chaos into something residents can actually use. It monitors city council/board agendas, minutes, and livestreams, then produces plain-language issue briefs, timelines, and “what changed since last meeting” diffs. Users can follow topics (zoning, policing, budgets), get alerts when items move or get amended, and generate one-click, personalized public comments that cite agenda page numbers and prior votes. The platform also tracks commitments made by officials and surfaces whether they were fulfilled, delayed, or quietly dropped. This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles summarization, entity extraction, and change detection; the product is built around verifiable citations and links back to primary sources to reduce misinformation. Monetization is B2B (civic orgs, local newsrooms) plus optional premium for power users.
