AgendaPulse
AgendaPulse is a web + desktop companion for video calls that forces structure without forcing a platform switch. Before a meeting, it collects a lightweight agenda, desired decisions, and timeboxes from the host and participants. During the call, it runs an on-screen timer and “decision checkpoints” that prompt the group to confirm outcomes, owners, and deadlines in real time. After the call, it generates a clean decision log and action list that syncs to your existing tools, reducing the common failure mode of “great discussion, no follow-through.” It’s intentionally not a full conferencing product—because competing head-on with incumbents is a losing game. Instead, it integrates with major calendar providers and joins meetings as a companion layer, focusing on meeting hygiene, accountability, and measurable outcomes. AI is used for summarization and action extraction, but users must confirm decisions to avoid hallucinated commitments.
