AidAtlas

AidAtlas is a web + mobile student support navigator that turns a confusing campus “resource maze” into a simple, trackable path. Students answer a short, private intake (financial stress, housing, academic, mental health, disability accommodations, food insecurity, legal, etc.). The app then routes them to the correct office, eligibility rules, required documents, and the next available appointment or walk-in window. It also generates a checklist and reminders, and provides a secure “share packet” the student can send to staff so they don’t have to repeat their story five times. For schools, AidAtlas offers a lightweight admin console to update services, hours, and capacity, plus anonymized demand analytics (what students need vs. what exists). This is not therapy or advising; it’s triage and navigation that reduces drop-offs and missed help.
