AidLedger
AidLedger is a web + mobile app for local governments and emergency operations centers to track crisis resources end-to-end: requests, approvals, inventory, vendor deliveries, and last-mile distribution. It creates a single auditable ledger of “who requested what, who approved it, where it went, and when it arrived,” with attachments for receipts, photos, and signed handoffs. The system supports offline field updates (shelters, distribution points, damage assessment teams) that sync when connectivity returns. A lightweight AI layer flags anomalies such as duplicate requests, unusual unit prices, mismatched quantities, or vendors repeatedly missing SLAs, and generates situation summaries for leadership. This is not a public-facing alert app; it’s the unglamorous back-office plumbing that reduces waste, speeds reimbursement, and prevents chaos when multiple agencies and NGOs collide during disasters.
