AidLedger

AidLedger is a mobile + web app that helps small nonprofits and mutual-aid groups document and publish verifiable “proof-of-impact” for specific aid drops (rent help, food boxes, medical bills). Instead of vague annual reports, each campaign gets a simple ledger: funds in, receipts out, and anonymized beneficiary confirmations. Donors can follow a campaign, get updates, and see exactly what was purchased and delivered, while recipients can confirm delivery with privacy-preserving check-ins (no public names, no photos required). The app is brutally practical: it won’t magically stop fraud, but it will make honest operators dramatically easier to trust and repeat-fund. For orgs, it reduces the time spent answering donor questions and assembling reports. For donors, it reduces the fear of being scammed and helps them choose credible local groups over viral but opaque fundraisers.
