AidLedger is a web + mobile app for faith-based charities and social-service ministries to manage assistance requests, eligibility, approvals, and disbursements with clean audit trails. It replaces messy spreadsheets, email threads, and paper intake with a structured case workflow: intake form, document capture, needs assessment, approval routing, and vendor payments (rent, utilities, groceries) instead of cash. The system generates board-ready reports (who was helped, what categories, outcomes) and donor-friendly impact summaries without exposing sensitive client data. It also includes a lightweight partner referral network so churches and nonprofits can avoid duplicating aid and can coordinate when a client is already being served elsewhere. This is not a “feel-good” community app; it’s operational software for organizations that are overwhelmed, under-staffed, and audited.
