AidNavigator

AidNavigator is a mobile + web app that helps low-income individuals and frontline caseworkers quickly identify, verify, and apply for local and national assistance programs (food, housing, utilities, childcare, immigration support). The core value is not “more info” but fewer wasted hours: it asks a short intake, matches programs by eligibility, and generates a step-by-step checklist of documents, deadlines, and submission links. It also flags common disqualifiers (income thresholds, residency rules) before users spend time. For organizations, it provides a lightweight referral workflow so staff can send a client a pre-filled, trackable action plan. This is a traditional app with AI assistance: AI helps interpret messy program rules and translate them into plain-language requirements, but the app relies on a curated rules database and human verification to avoid harmful errors. It’s built for high-friction, real-world bureaucracy.
