AidProof

AidProof is a mobile + web app that helps NGOs and public health programs prove that supplies and services actually reached the intended facilities and communities. Field staff capture lightweight “proof packets” (GPS + timestamp, photos, short forms, optional QR scans) even offline; data syncs when connectivity returns. A web dashboard flags anomalies (duplicate photos, suspicious GPS jumps, repeated entries) and produces donor-ready reports with audit trails. This is not a replacement for national HMIS; it’s a practical layer to reduce leakage, improve accountability, and speed up corrective action. An AI component can auto-check image authenticity signals, detect likely duplicates, and summarize site notes into standardized indicators. The product must be brutally simple, because frontline workers are overloaded and devices are low-end. If it can’t work offline and in 2 minutes per visit, it won’t be used.
