AidProof

AidProof is a mobile + web app for NGOs and donors to verify that projects actually happened on the ground. Field staff capture structured “proof packets” (GPS, time, photos, short forms, beneficiary counts) that are automatically checked for tampering, duplication, and inconsistencies. Donors and M&E teams get a clean audit trail, dashboards, and exception flags instead of messy WhatsApp threads and unverifiable PDFs. The AI layer helps spot suspicious patterns (reused images, impossible travel, repeated beneficiary IDs, anomalous spending claims) and generates concise verification summaries for reports. This is not a magic anti-corruption tool—local context and incentives still matter—but it can materially reduce low-effort fraud and improve reporting speed. The product is designed for low-connectivity environments with offline capture and later sync, plus role-based access to protect sensitive data.
