AidStation
AidStation is a mobile + web app (traditional + light AI) that helps runners create a race-day fueling and hydration plan that’s realistic, portable, and tied to course logistics. You enter your goal time, typical sweat rate (or a quick guided estimate), caffeine tolerance, gels/drinks you can actually buy, and any GI issues. The app pulls the race course/aid-station map, then builds a minute-by-minute plan: what to take, how much, and where to carry vs. rely on aid stations. A simple “training gut check” mode schedules practice sessions and tracks what caused cramps, nausea, or bonks. The AI component is limited: it summarizes your logs into actionable tweaks (e.g., reduce concentration, shift timing) rather than pretending to be a coach. This is not magic—just disciplined planning that most runners skip until it ruins their race.
