AidStation is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that builds a realistic triathlon fueling and hydration plan based on your body metrics, sweat rate estimate, expected race duration, course conditions, and the products you actually use. It generates a minute-by-minute schedule (carbs, sodium, fluids, caffeine) for swim/bike/run, plus a grocery/gear checklist and bottle/concentrate recipes. During training, it prompts you to log what you consumed and how your gut felt, then adjusts targets and timing over time. It also outputs a simple “Plan B” for hot days, missed bottles, or GI distress. The app is brutally practical: it won’t promise performance miracles—just fewer bonks, fewer bathroom stops, and fewer ruined races from avoidable fueling mistakes.
