AirLeakIQ is a web + mobile AI-assisted compressed-air efficiency app for factories that are bleeding money through leaks, poor pressure setpoints, and misused blow-off. Users upload ultrasonic survey readings (or simple manual leak logs), compressor run-hour data, and utility rates; the app converts this into a prioritized leak repair list with dollar and kWh impact, payback, and verification steps. It also tracks pressure/flow trends to flag when “fixed” leaks return and when operators quietly crank pressure back up. The reality: many plants already know leaks exist, but they don’t have a credible, auditable workflow to quantify savings, assign repairs, and prove results to management. AirLeakIQ focuses on that execution gap, not fancy dashboards. Integrations are optional; the MVP works with CSVs and a lightweight sensor gateway later.
