AirSealMap

AirSealMap is a mobile + web app that helps retrofit contractors and energy auditors identify, prioritize, and document air-sealing and insulation fixes with minimal paperwork. On-site, you walk a home and pin common leakage points (attic hatch, rim joist, can lights, duct boots) onto a simple floorplan. The app guides a quick diagnostic workflow (blower door numbers, smoke/IR notes, photos) and converts it into a standardized scope-of-work and materials checklist. After work, it generates a homeowner-friendly report showing estimated energy savings, comfort improvements, and a photo-based “proof pack” for rebates or program compliance. It’s not trying to be a full energy-modeling suite; it focuses on the highest-ROI retrofit category (air sealing + insulation) where documentation and consistency are usually poor. The goal is faster jobs, fewer callbacks, and easier rebate submissions.
