AirShiftOps
AirShiftOps is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for industrial sites running compressed-air systems and/or CAES-like storage. It ingests compressor telemetry (power draw, pressure, flow, dew point, run hours) and electricity price/carbon signals, then recommends when to run which compressors, what pressure bands to target, and when to shift flexible loads. The MVP focuses on practical, low-risk savings: leak detection via baselining, identifying artificial demand from excessive pressure, and sequencing compressors to avoid inefficient part-load operation. It generates operator-friendly daily run plans, alarms for abnormal consumption, and a simple savings ledger tied to utility bills. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules/controls plus AI for anomaly detection and forecasting. It’s not a “set-and-forget” autopilot; it’s a decision-support tool that works even when plants won’t allow closed-loop control.
