AisleAtlas is a mobile + web inventory location app for small-to-mid warehouses and stockrooms that constantly lose time to “where is it?” questions. Staff scan a QR code on a rack/bay/bin (or type a short location code) to confirm where an item actually lives, log moves, and flag mismatches between the system and reality. The app focuses on fast, low-friction location accuracy rather than full WMS complexity: lightweight item master import, location hierarchy (site > aisle > bay > bin), and a simple “last confirmed” trail with user/time. An AI-assisted feature suggests likely locations based on recent picks, receiving patterns, and partial scans, but it never auto-changes records without confirmation. It integrates with common SMB tools (Shopify, QuickBooks Commerce via export/import, CSV) so teams can start without ripping out their current system.
