AisleDraft is a mobile + web analytics app that helps small and mid-sized retailers understand how people actually move through their stores and where congestion, dead zones, and missed merchandising opportunities occur. Using a phone on a tripod (or an optional low-cost ceiling camera), it generates anonymized heatmaps and path summaries, then recommends layout tweaks like endcap placement, aisle width adjustments, and queue relocation. It’s not magic: accuracy depends on camera placement, lighting, and foot traffic volume, and it won’t replace enterprise systems used by big-box chains. But for independent grocers, pharmacies, and specialty retail, it provides a practical “good enough” view of movement and flow without a six-figure contract. The app focuses on actionable changes and simple before/after comparisons so owners can validate whether a rearrangement improved traffic distribution and conversion hotspots.
