AisleLens is a mobile AR app for store associates and merchandisers to audit shelves fast: planogram compliance, out-of-stocks, wrong facings, and pricing label mismatches. The user points a phone at a bay; the app overlays the expected planogram and highlights gaps, misplaced SKUs, and low-stock risk. It generates a task list (pull-forward, restock, relabel) and pushes it to the store’s workflow tool. This is not a consumer “try-on” gimmick—it's operational AR aimed at reducing lost sales from execution failures. It works best for mid-market chains that don’t have fancy computer-vision camera rigs. Reality check: accuracy will never be perfect on day one, so the MVP must include quick human confirmation and a feedback loop to improve models per store/lighting. Monetization is B2B SaaS per store plus optional implementation.
